Ingredients

    corn kernels , thawed if frozen
  • 0.333 cup
    mayonnaise
  • 0.333 cup
    cotija cheese , crumbled
  • 2
    lime , juiced
  • 1 tsp
    chili powder
  • 0.5 tsp
    cayenne pepper (optional)
  • salt , to taste
