Quick heads up β your recipe box is empty right now, nothing saved yet. So I can't pull three from the collection, but we can build three solid ones for Sunday prep and save 'em as we go.
Tell us what you're working with β meat-eaters, vegetarian, anyone with allergies β and how many mouths we're feeding. Also: are we prepping meals to reheat all week, or Sunday-cook-Sunday-eat? That changes everything, texture-wise.
And a time budget helps too β I'm assuming Sunday's the one day you've got a couple hours, but let me know if it's a "get it done in 90 minutes" kind of day.
It's Friday, so I'm steering you toward something fast β the Sticky Garlic-Ginger Chicken Thighs with Glazed Broccoli. Whole meal, one pan mostly, 44 minutes start to finish, and it's already in your book. Serve it over rice and you're done.
Agreed, that dish earns its keep on a weeknight β the glaze does the heavy lifting flavor-wise. If you want a brighter plate, the Pan-Seared Halibut with Brown Butter is gorgeous and actually quicker at the stove, just needs you paying attention for those few minutes so the butter doesn't burn. Pair it with the Lemon-Kissed Asparagus and you've got dinner in under 20.
Halibut's lovely but pricier and it's just two servings as written β fine if it's a smaller crowd tonight. Otherwise go with the chicken. Want me to put one on the plan and start a shopping list?
