Lemon-Herb Couscous
Toasted couscous steamed with broth and butter, then brightened with lemon zest, lemon juice, and fresh herbs for a light, fluffy side dish.

Toast the couscous in a dry pan over medium heat for about 2 minutes, stirring gently, until fragrant and slightly golden.
