Lemon Herb Tahini Sauce

3 tbsplemon juice

0.5 tspmaple syrup

2 tbspwater , hot; more may be added to reach desired consistency, up to about 1/4 cup total

black pepper , to taste
Instructions

Add all ingredients to a food processor, including 2 Tbsp of water.

Blend until a smooth sauce forms.

Continue adding water by the tablespoon until the sauce reaches your desired consistency.
