Ingredients

  • 0.25 cup
    tahini
  • 1 tbsp
    olive oil
  • 0.25 cup
    parsley , fresh
  • 0.25 cup
    dill , fresh
  • 2 clove
    garlic
  • 3 tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 0.5 tsp
    maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp
    water , hot; more may be added to reach desired consistency, up to about 1/4 cup total
  • salt , to taste
  • black pepper , to taste
