Honey-Thyme Glaze
A quick stovetop glaze that turns sweet honey, fresh thyme, and tangy mustard into a glossy, caramelized finish for pork chops.

Warm the honey in a small saucepan over medium-low heat until it just starts to bubble around the edges and smells fragrant.

Add the thyme and let it sizzle until the oils start releasing.

Whisk in the vinegar and mustard; it will foam up dramatically.

Add the garlic and simmer until the glaze is glossy and coats the back of a spoon.
