Ingredients

  • 0.333 cup
    honey
  • 2 tablespoon
thyme , fresh leaves (or 1 tablespoon dried)
  • 2 tablespoon
    apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon
    Dijon mustard
  • 2 clove
    garlic , minced
  • 2 tablespoon
    butter
  • salt , to taste
  • black pepper , to taste

Instructions

6 steps
  1. 1

Warm the honey in a small saucepan over medium-low heat until it just starts to bubble around the edges and smells fragrant.

  2. 2

Add the thyme and let it sizzle until the oils start releasing.

  3. 3

Whisk in the vinegar and mustard; it will foam up dramatically.

  4. 4

Add the garlic and simmer until the glaze is glossy and coats the back of a spoon.

    ⏱ 3 min
  5. 5

Remove from heat and whisk in the butter until silky.

  6. 6

Brush the glaze onto pork chops during the last 2-3 minutes of cooking so it caramelizes without burning.
