Honey Sriracha Glazed Meatballs
Sweet, spicy baked turkey meatballs coated in a sticky honey sriracha glaze — a quick, flavorful dinner that's perfect for weekly meal prep.

1 cuppanko breadcrumbs , whole wheat

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

In a large bowl, mix together ground turkey, breadcrumbs, eggs, green onions, garlic powder, salt and pepper until well combined.

Shape mixture into 1 1/2-inch balls (about 40 meatballs) and place spaced apart on a baking sheet lightly sprayed with cooking spray.

Bake meatballs until browned and cooked through.

While the meatballs bake, combine all sauce ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat, whisking continuously.

Reduce heat and simmer until the sauce thickens.
