Cilantro Lime Sauce
A creamy, tangy sauce bursting with fresh lime, cilantro, and a hint of jalapeno heat—perfect for drizzling over tacos, salads, or grilled meats.
Ingredients

1lime , juiced and zested (3 tablespoons juice + 1/2 teaspoon zest)

1.5 clovegarlic , minced, to desired preference

0.5 bunchcilantro

0.5jalapeno , seeded (use a full jalapeno for a spicier sauce)

0.5 cupmayonnaise , regular full fat

0.5 cupsour cream , fat-free or regular

salt , to taste

black pepper , to taste

olive oil cooking spray , as needed (optional)
Instructions

Zest and juice the lime to get about 3 tablespoons juice and 1/2 teaspoon zest.

Add the lime juice and zest to a powerful blender or mini food processor.

Add the minced garlic, cilantro, half of the seeded jalapeno, and mayo to the blender.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Blend or pulse the mixture until smooth.
